We send out a reminder the week of your scheduled delivery, giving you time to make a change in product, date, time, or destination. For instance, suppose you want to send a Club Botanic product to a different recipient (a cheerful way to thank a neighbor for taking in the mail, or congratulate a co-worker for a job well done!). Just let us know two full business days before your scheduled delivery, and we’ll take care of the rest!
