    1. What happens to my personal information after Club Botanic's pause of service? (name, credit card, addresses, etc.)

    All information associated with your account will remain private and non-transferable

     

    2. What happens to my wreath club membership during Club Botanic's pause of business? What about the gift subscription I purchased for someone?

    We will continue to operate as normal until July 31, 2019. After that date club member accounts will be cancelled and closed and gift subscriptions will end.

     

    3. Will I receive my order before July 31, 2019?

    This depends on when you placed the order. We generally process orders in 3-5 business days. Therefore, if you place your order on July 31, 2019 then you will receive your order 3-5 business days later. This means the last day you can place an order is July 31, 2019 but you may receive your order after this date.

     

    4. Will Club Botanic reopen in the future?

    You’ll be the first to know if we resume operations!

     

    5. I have a question that you didn’t answer about Club Botanic's pause of service.

    If you have additional questions prior to July 31, 2019 then shoot us an email at hello@clubbotanic.com . We’ll do our best to reply within 48 hours.

     

    6. Why is Club Botanic pausing business after July 31, 2019?

    This was a consideration Billy did not take lightly but after much thought he has decided to pursue other professional interests and passions. He has a lot so the time had come to move on.

     

    7. How do I pay for my purchase?

    We accept major credit cards, including American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Apple Pay, Diners Club and JCB.

     

    8. What about tax and shipping cost?

    We only charge $7.99 for shipping. To stay on the right side of the law, we have to charge sales tax if your shipping address is located in the great states of California or Oklahoma.

     

    9. Does local temperature affect a fresh wreath or garland?

    Yes. Fresh wreaths and garlands are made of organic materials without a water source to hydrate them. Therefore all of our fresh products will eventually dry, but your local climate will determine the time frame. A wreath or garland displayed in a warm environment will dry quicker than one hung in a cool, moist environment. Inevitably every summer we receive orders from warm regions where customers hang their product outside in 80+ degree weather. Unfortunately, these customers are often disappointed when the product dries in a matter of days or hours. If you live in a warm region then we encourage you to hang your product indoors, away from direct sunlight. If you live in a cool region then you can hang your product outside.

     

    10. Will my order look exactly like the picture?

    In most cases, yes. However, as professional designers we reserve the right to make substitutions in the event the foliage received from our farmer vendors is not of the quality suitable for your order, or the exact foliage is no longer available to complete the delivery on time. We will never mail a product that looks absolutely nothing like the picture. We take our designs and creations seriously and want to exceed our customers' expectations.

     

    11. Where do you ship?

    We ship products throughout the continental USA and Alaska. We do not ship to Hawaii.

     

    12. What are you doing to give back?

    Glad you asked-- we donate a portion of all sales to worthy organizations that support animals. Check out our Giving Back page to learn more. We also proudly employ women from Tulsa based Family & Children's Services - Women In Recovery (WIR). It is a program that works closely with the criminal justice system and various community partners to ensure program participants receive supervision, substance abuse and mental health treatment, education, workforce readiness training and family reunification services.

     

    13. I have a dinner party/reception/special event coming up --does Club Botanic take custom orders?

    Yes, we’re happy to accommodate special orders if our schedule allows. Just contact us via email with details on your event: hello@clubbotanic.com

     

    14. My order has shipped. Can I cancel it?

    We’re sorry, but your wreath or garland has been custom-made for you, and once it’s on its way, we’re committed to deliver it.

     

    15. What are you doing to stay earth-friendly?

    To minimize our carbon footprint, we source our products from American growers whenever possible. We buy only what’s needed to fill orders, which eliminates waste-generating inventory. Plus we repurpose and reuse vases and wreath rings--so you can feel totally good about feeling good!

     

    16. How are wreaths measured?

    Wreaths sizes are measured from side to side after fully designed. The size stated in the product description is not the size of the actual wreath ring. For example, a wreath ring might measure 12", but after the wreath is fully designed it might measure 20". For this example we would label the wreath size as 20" in our product description.

     

    17. Can I return a product for refund or exchange?

    We accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of you receiving the order for non-fresh products, i.e. artificial wreaths and dried/preserved wreaths/garlands. If the product is perishable, such as a fresh wreath or fresh garland, then unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges, unless the item was received defective or damaged.

     

    18. How long can I expect my wreath or garland to last?

    Fresh wreaths and garlands are made of natural materials without a water source to hydrate them. All fresh products begin the organic drying process upon creation. Appreciation for the appearance of dried foliage is a personal preference and varies by the individual. Therefore, a wreath can be hung from 1 week to several months. It is important to note that your local climate conditions will affect how quickly the fresh product organically dries. A product displayed in a warm climate will dry quicker than one in a cool and moist environment. Our dry, preserved and silk products are designed to be displayed for 12 months to several years if kept out of direct sunlight and in a sheltered location if hung outside.

     

    19. How should I care for my fresh wreath or garland?

    20. What kind of guarantee do you offer?

    We like to think it’s iron-clad. If you are not happy with your order, contact us immediately (within 3 days of receipt) at hello@clubbotanic.com so we can hopefully turn that frown upside down.

     

    21. What is your shipping method?

    We ship all perishable, fresh orders via 1 or 2 day USPS Priority Express. This cost is passed on to the customer but we believe it necessary to enjoy the freshest product possible. For non-perishable items we use via USPS or UPS ground shipping, which can take 1-5 days to receive after it is shipped.
